The hardest roles to fill are the ones where you can't quite put the perfect candidate into words.

We take on a small number of searches at a time and go deep on each one: the role, the team, and what would make the right person say yes. It's about submitting a low volume of candidates but very high quality. It's the opposite of traditional recruiting, and it works.

Before we recruited these teams, we led them. As former leaders, we hired a lot of people, mis-hired a few, and learned firsthand what a great hire (and a bad one) really costs a business.

We've also been on the other side of it: the candidate a recruiter treated like a product to be placed. We've lived the candidate experience and have seen what it does to the brand and future recruiting efforts for a company.
